Pool maintenance, cleaning, repairs, one-time services, recurring services, and other services provided by KOVA POOL SERVICES may be subject to additional terms contained in an applicable Service Agreement, service contract, accepted estimate or proposal, invoice, work authorization, or other written service documentation.

Depending on the service selected, these additional terms may address service scope, service frequency, pricing, payment requirements, recurring billing, cancellation or termination, rescheduling, refunds or credits, weather-related service modifications, property access, customer responsibilities, chemical treatment, equipment conditions, pre-existing conditions, repairs, service limitations, safety requirements, and other conditions applicable to the specific service.

When a customer signs or otherwise accepts an applicable Service Agreement, contract, estimate, proposal, invoice, work authorization, or other service documentation containing additional terms, those accepted terms become part of the agreement governing the services provided to that customer. Merely visiting this website does not create a service agreement.

If an accepted Service Agreement or other service-specific agreement contains terms that differ from these general website Terms & Conditions, the service-specific agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

These website Terms & Conditions establish general website and business terms. The Service Agreement or other accepted service documentation establishes the detailed terms applicable to an individual customer's actual pool service. The website itself does not guarantee service availability, pricing, scheduling, or acceptance of a customer. Specific service conditions may vary based on the pool, property, equipment condition, location, service requested, and route availability.

Requesting an estimate does not create a service agreement. Estimates are subject to review of your pool and property details, and to route availability.

Submitting the website form, requesting an estimate, calling, texting, or emailing KOVA POOL SERVICES does not by itself establish a service relationship or obligate KOVA POOL SERVICES to provide service. Service is subject to acceptance by KOVA POOL SERVICES and any applicable estimate, service documentation, or Service Agreement.

Recurring pool maintenance services may be subject to additional terms concerning service frequency, billing, payment, cancellation, termination, and other conditions. Applicable recurring-service terms will be disclosed in the Service Agreement or other service documentation provided to the customer.

Cancellation, rescheduling, termination, refund, credit, and related requirements may vary depending on the type of service selected. Applicable requirements will be provided in the customer's Service Agreement or other applicable service documentation. Customers should review the applicable service terms before authorizing service.

We cannot guarantee availability in a specific area at a specific time. We'll always tell you honestly if we cannot serve your property.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to prepare a fair estimate or deliver service.
